The property features amenities such as an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and a playground, catering well to visitors traveling with children. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and air conditioning add to the convenience, while the smoke-free environment appeals to a wide range of guests.

Situated at 400 Golf View Dr in Branson, Missouri, the resort overlooks the golf course at Thousand Islands Country Club and lies just a mile from the bustling Highway 76 Strip and about three miles from White Water water park. While the accommodations are spacious and clean, some guests note that the décor and furnishings could benefit from modernization. Staff are frequently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, and check-in and check-out processes are generally smooth. Renovations are underway, which has temporarily affected the quiet atmosphere for some visitors. Overall, the resort balances comfort and practicality, though it may appeal most to travelers seeking proximity to Branson's attractions rather than a contemporary luxury experience.

The resort is not pet-friendly and does not offer an airport shuttle, with nearby airports including Springfield-Branson National Airport about an hour away by car. Multiple other hotels and resorts are within close proximity, providing additional lodging options in the area. Grand Crowne Resort suits guests looking for family-friendly amenities and spacious condo-style accommodations near Branson's entertainment sites.

Stayed on the first floor, rooms come stocked with everything you could need, very close to all the main attractions, parking is fair, staff was probably the best feature, they were just great. They are doing renovations so there is a fair amount of noise in the morning which kind of threw off the vacation vibe but still a wonderful experience.

Three couples in a three bedroom lock off. Three condos, but we could spend time together, then go to separate units at night. Wonderful location, and wonderful time.

I recently stayed at this resort in Branson and had an overall pleasant experience. The location was a big plus—close to many of Branson’s popular shows, attractions, and restaurants, yet far enough away to feel calm and relaxing. It made getting around easy while still enjoying a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day. The room was very clean and well cared for, which I appreciated, but the décor and furnishings were definitely dated. While everything was functional and comfortable, the room could benefit from some modern updates to better match today’s standards. That said, the bed was comfortable, and the space was quiet, allowing for a good night’s rest. The resort grounds were nicely maintained, and the surrounding scenery added to the charm of the stay. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, the resort offers good value for the area, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring Branson. If you don’t mind slightly outdated rooms and prioritize cleanliness, location, and friendly service, this resort is a solid option for your stay.

Very happy with our stay. Staff was wonderful-very kind! The rooms were spacious and we were lucky to get a unit with a balcony facing the woods/hills. It provided privacy and a relaxing scene for morning coffee. The new outdoor pool area was a favorite for sure! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool each day. The indoor pool area wasn't our favorite but it's a nice option. Our son enjoyed the game room. The rooms were generally clean (our 15 year old basically had his own little unit attached to ours so that was cool and unexpected). I didn't love the carpet, especially with the whirlpool tubs in the rooms. And there are definitely things that could use updating, but all things considered, we were happy with the size and cleanliness. Our biggest complaint would be the size of the showers. The unit had two bathrooms (and our son's had another, plus an additional toilet). There was no lack of place to use the restroom. But the showers are so small. No good way to shave legs without touching the walls. My husband is a big man (250 pound bodybuilder) so it was uncomfortable for him to move. Given the size of the units, it seems that space could have been used a little differently to make for a more comfortable bathroom experience. All that being said, we did enjoy the whirlpool tub. Overall, we'd definitely go back! Location can't be beat. Just a little out of the way off the main strip but also had a touch of nature, especially with the balcony. Was easy to get to the strip and The Landing.

We had 2 rooms here for a few days for our family, it was a bit annoying that they couldn't find 2 rooms closer together. We literally were on the exact opposite ends of one of the buildings although on the same floor. The building was mostly empty during our stay so I'm thinking it has more to do with the way they have things set up then anything else. The outdoor pool was closed, I assume for the season since it was October, but it was in the lower 80s and sunny so it would have been nice to use it. The indoor pool is NOT heated and it was cold, which is a double edged sword because then at least the kids don't want to stay in there as long. The "Tavern" has a menu for food and it was OK, not the best, but not the worst. Also a little more expensive then just going to get food but that's the convenience factor. The waitress/bar tender was nice. The rooms were good, you could tell they aren't that old, the biggest issue was that the dryer would not turn off. It happened to us twice where the knob just sits and doesn't spin so it never gets to the end of the cycle until you physically turn it. The other room we had ended up getting ants showing up in the kitchen and the faucet handle for the shower didn't properly function so they had some fun taking showers. It is in a good location and there wasn't any sort of deal breaker issues that popped up. The staff I did interact with were friendly and professional. It's a fine place to stay, we were part of the Capital Vacations Discover program they have and used up our remaining points for this trip. In regards to the whole Capital Vacations thing: If you do Capital then this place is as good as any from what I can tell. We choose not to sign up for the full program as it doesn't fit our needs at the moment, or our budget. One thing they don't take easily is a No and it feels like we were at the presentation thing even longer because they wouldn't just take a No. It was also a bit annoying that we had to go through the whole presentation process and location tour again a year after we had initially done it when signing up for the Discover program.

Pretty nice place It's a timeshare the room wasn't quite ready when we got there but the lady was really nice about everything.. They have things to do here even though we never did any of that a nice pool indoor and outdoor hot tubs our room had a hot tub too. Our room was huge like an apartment full kitchen refrigerator except the bathrooms shower were kind of small.. They do have a restaurant / bar on site also which is really nice.

Nice place. We had a very roomy apt. The only down side was the water drained too slow in the bathroom so we used the kitchen sink to brush our teeth which was no problem.
